 With several million companies on-line today all competing for their market share, there are only a few that actually have their code of conduct published representing their company culture, ethics, moral and business practices.  I am grateful for these companies for helping me create this code of conduct which represents our company's practices professionally and personally giving all associated with 4thDT Security an understanding of our practices. I was also please to see the growing number of companies that have published their code of conduct representing a growing need for public and business trust and contribution not only in products but also as a community caregiver.

4thDT Security realizes that ethical and moral behavior are major factors within all social groups. Personal behavior directly determines the stability of the interrelationships as well as the company's performance.  As leaders of the company we realize that in order to be successful in business as well as in life we must maintain good personal communications skills and a strong team. We must always encourage, protect and insure honesty and integrity as the core company values while maintaining a high achievement level of performance. With this in mind we have established the following code of conduct required for all at 4thDT Security, of which, integrity and honesty are the core elements of our code of conduct which is encouraged and maintained at all times with no exceptions.  Our leadership policy recognizes Complex Adaptive Leadership in order to complement and transform traditional leadership principles.  Complex Adaptive Leadership allows transparency and most of all responsibility and authority at all levels of a system with rewards that encourage a solutions and growth environment.  For more information on Complex Adaptive Leadership please see http://www.complexadaptiveleadership.com

4thDT Security's Responsibility and Relationship to Customers, Distributors and Suppliers

Our first responsibility is to our customer, the people they serve and all others that use our products.  We must always meet and strive to exceed the highest quality to meet our customers needs.  We must always exemplify integrity and honesty with our customers at all times. Customers must be serviced promptly and accurately. Our suppliers and distributors must have an opportunity to make a fair profit.

4thDT Security's Responsibility to its Employees

As a company we must maintain a responsibility to all our employees who work with and for us throughout the world. Everyone must be considered as an individual. We must respect their dignity and recognize their merit and contributions. Everyone must have a sense of security in their jobs.  Compensation must be fair and adequate, working conditions must be clean, orderly and safe. We must be remindful of ways to help our employees fulfil their family responsibilities.  Employees must feel free to make suggestions and complaints. There must be equal opportunity for employment, development and advancement for those qualified.  We must support an internal educational and promotion program to allow our employees.

Employees Responsibility to 4thDT Security

As employees we must maintain company propriety information within the company. We must be focused and strive to be productive. We must maintain a high level of conscientiousness towards the quality of productivity. We must treat all employees as individuals. We must respect all employees as we respect ourselves. We must communicate openly, honestly and with integrity among employees.

We must be responsible to our community and to the world we service.  We must maintain in good order the property we are privileged to use, protecting the environment and natural resources. We must exemplify integrity and honesty at all time without exception.

Employees Responsibility to Their Community    Top

We must continue research and development and continue experimentation with new ideas and ways to improve our security products. We must continue to find ways to reduce manufacturing costs without reducing quality or reliability in order to offer our products at reasonable prices.

Scientists and Engineers Responsibility to 4thDT Security

Scientists and Engineers must treat all company secret information with the highest integrity and honesty. Trade secrets must remain secret only to the select few that are privileged to hold that trust. Trade secrets and propriety information that is compromised damages the entire company and therefore must be held in the strictest means possible.

Managers Responsibility to 4thDT Security

We must provide competent management, and their actions must exemplify the highest integrity and honesty.  Respect of persons that report to managers for their direction and evaluation, anything less will not be tolerated at any level.  Managers are responsible for honest and timely status reports of the areas assigned. Managers are required to schedule personnel in order to maintain productivity.  Managers are responsible for insuring that personnel have opportunities to advance through innovative training programs available through the company. Managers are responsible for deploying innovative procedures to reduce manufacturing costs.

4thDT Security's Responsibility For Conflict Resolution

We must provide resources for conflict resolution in a professional mature manor. We must conduct ourselves to be clear and honest about the differences of opinions that initiated the conflict. We must be able to present these differences with honesty and integrity to individuals responsible for conflict resolution which may include managers, corporate executives and rank & file personnel.  Conflicts along with differences of opinions create questions about ones self and gives many opportunities to grow.

4thDT Security's Leadership Responsibility

We must have the best leaders guiding us to success. We must encourage leadership at all levels of the company. We must encourage individuals to lead as well as follow instilling the confidence and accomplishments of a job well done. We must lead by example. We must encourage a talent pool for opportunities and promotions within the company for those that qualify.  

4thDT Security's Financial Responsibility to Shareholders

Businesses must make a profit.  Research and Development, experimentation, innovation and new product releases must be an on-going process.  We must create reserves in order to maintain stability during adverse times.  We must be vigilant to reduce costs without sacrifice of quality or reliability.  When we operate according to these principles, the stockholders should realize a fair return.

4thDT Security and Social Media Networking

Businesses today are utilizing all forms of social media to bring attention about themselves to the public. All employees are expected to realize and be accountable for any information posted on social media sites.  We encourage that employees that choose to participants in social media activity be conscience of the fact that what they post may represents behavior of themselves as well as reflects on 4thDT Security as a company.  We expect that all employees do not publish any company information about other employees or any personal information about themselves.
